upon confirming your booking, a 50% deposit will be required. This deposit serves as a guarantee for your event and secures your reservation.
The remaining balance for the event is due 24 hours prior to the scheduled date. To facilitate a seamless payment process, we will send you an invoice via email, which will include all the necessary details for making the payment.
We kindly request that the payment is made in a timely manner to ensure that all arrangements for your event can be properly finalized.
We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly, and there may be instances where it becomes necessary to cancel or reschedule an event. However, we have implemented a cancellation policy to ensure fairness to all our clients and safeguard our business operations. Here are the key points of our policy:
1. Timely Cancellation:
- If you find yourself in a situation where you need to cancel or reschedule your event, we kindly request that you provide written notice (via email or text message) at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event date.
- Any cancellations made within 10 days of the event will incur a cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation Fee:
